Kimono Sales during Nisei Week at Little Tokyo

Our volunteers have sold yukata and obi for the Nisei Week parade.  Many people enjoyed trying out different kinds of kimono.  Yukata was a hot sale because people wanted to join the parade - yukata clad people could join the parade.  It was a wonderful occasion to see so many people coming to our table. Thank you so much - we were able to sell all our yukata's and made over $1,000, all of it went to the disaster victims.  Thank you so much.

Nisei Week Kimono Sale

８月１４日ＪＡＣＣＣのご協力により、二世ウイーク祭りで着物の販売を行いました。

たくさんの方にお越しいただいき、今回の収益は南加福島県人会の方に寄付させていただきます。サンフランシスコやシアトルのコートの皆さん、コスプレの若い方、買ったその場で着て行かれた方など、色々でした。総額は1012ドルでした。皆様のご協力、ありがとうございました。
